1. PRIMARY NAVIGATION (header):
   Create a menu and assign it to "Primary Navigation".
   - Top-level items: Products, Services, About, Portfolio, Contact, Login
   - For dropdown parents (Products, Services): add child items underneath
   - For category headers inside dropdowns (Build, Grow, Manage, Commerce):
     add them as child items with CSS class "menu-heading" (add via Screen Options > CSS Classes)
   - For emoji prefixes on dropdown items: enter the emoji in the item's "Description" field
   - For the Login button: add CSS class "menu-login" to that menu item
